Production
At the heart of HCP Fastener is a production chain entirely Made in Italy that blends the expertise and specialization of two long-established players in screws and bolts. Our lines rely on advanced cold-forming and threading technologies, supported by inline and laboratory quality controls.
Capacity and technologies
Cold forming: 33 machines in total, including 13 Carlo Salvi double-blow headers, 3
Sacma multi-station machines and 20 headers/rollers dedicated to different diameters and
product types.
Thread rolling: 10 Ingramatic machines and 2 with EWM washer assembly modules, integrated with systems for special threads.
Optical sorting: 4 Dimac systems for 100% dimensional and visual inspections.
Laboratory testing: metric, mechanical and chemical tests carried out regularly on samples from each batch.
